By Client: You may terminate a project at any time. Fees for completed work and non-refundable expenses will apply.
By Terapixel: We may terminate services if you breach these terms, provide false information, or fail to make required payments.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must pay for all work completed and any out-of-pocket expenses incurred. We will provide deliverables for paid work.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting an update on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
